Is the $21 a one-time payment or subscription?
Completely one-time. You pay $21 for a single event and your album stays active for 12 months. There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewals, and no hidden fees.
What happens when the free 50-photo limit is reached?
Once 50 photos have been uploaded, the album closes to new uploads. Existing photos and the gallery remain accessible. You can upgrade to the Event Pass at any time to re-open uploads with no limit.
Can I upgrade after creating a free event?
Yes. Purchase an Event Pass and email us at hello@memorifolio.com with your event link. We'll apply the upgrade within a few hours — your photos and guest link stay exactly the same.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and support all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All transactions are in USD.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase and your event hasn't gone live yet, we'll issue a full refund. Email hello@memorifolio.com and we'll sort it quickly.
