Can we use the collected photos for marketing and PR materials?+
Photos are stored at full original resolution, making them suitable for website use, print, and social media. However, ensure your team members have consented to their photos being used for company communications — this is best handled through your event communications rather than the upload platform itself.
Does Memorifolio require IT approval or network access changes?+
No. Memorifolio is entirely web-based — attendees access it through a standard browser URL or QR code. There's nothing to install on company devices, no software to approve, and no network configuration required. It works on personal phones, tablets, and any device with a browser.
Is there a consent mechanism for employee photos?+
Yes. Before uploading, every guest must confirm: "I confirm these photos are mine to share and I consent to them being stored in the event album."
