Questions couples ask us

Can we set it up the day before the wedding? +
Absolutely. Many couples create their album a week ahead and include the QR code in their printed stationery. You can create the album whenever you're ready and it stays active until you choose to close it — there's no time pressure on setup.
What if some guests aren't tech-savvy? +
Scanning a QR code and tapping "Upload" is genuinely all that's required — there's no account to create, no app to install, and no login to remember. We've seen guests in their 70s and 80s successfully upload photos. If someone needs help, younger guests at the same table usually assist.
How do we display the QR code at the venue? +
The most common approach is to print it on table cards — one per table. You can also display it on a large screen during the reception, include it in your order of service booklet, or share the direct upload link in your wedding WhatsApp group for remote family members.
Can we remove photos we don't want in the album? +
Yes. As the host, you receive a private link that gives you full moderation access. You can delete any photo from the album at any time — guests cannot delete each other's uploads. You're in complete control of the final album.
How long will photos be stored? +
Photos are stored for 12 months from the date you create the album. We strongly recommend downloading the full album ZIP before then to keep your memories permanently. The download button is always available in your host view.
Can guests upload videos too? +
Yes — guests can upload photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP) and short video clips (MP4, MOV). All files are stored at original quality with no compression applied.
